How It's Made (Ep. 4) - Karsambaç, a dessert made of mountain snow

Resul Kök is a snow-harvester and native of Çamlıyayla, a small town nestled high in the Tarsus mountains of southern Turkey. With the snow of these mountains he makes karsambaç, an ancient relative of granita and snow cones. The full episode will be released on October 9.
