The three educational meetings, online and free of charge, will be organised by Pietro Ganni, a chef and researcher with a passion for the gastronomic traditions of the Alpine region. The conferences will be held live online with direct access from the Slow Food Biella Facebook page on Wednesday 17, 24 and 31 March 2021, starting at 6 p.m.
The meetings will cover the following topics

– Wednesday 24: The sensory qualities of wild Alpine herbs.
– Wednesday 31: Research into “community life and a return to roots: an analysis of the sustainable management practices that globally characterise the ethnocultural identity of isolated communities”
The initiative is sponsored by the Municipality of Biella, Slow Food Travel and supported by Let Eat Bi – Il terzo paradiso in terra biellese. The dates of the lunches and excursions will be announced as soon as possible (pending future DPCMs).
