In this dinner we explore a pair of valleys where two chefs are following their own paths, innovating while staying close to the traditions and local products of their valley cuisine.

In Trucco, at the beginning of Valle Roja, we find Casa Buono, where Antonio Buono, a chef whose worked in kitchens with as many as three Michelin stars, as the right-hand man of Mauro Colagreco at Mirazur, has decided to open his own restaurant. He’s joined for this dinner by Giuseppe “Beppe” Rambaldi, who left the kitchen of Combal Zero to open Cucina Rambaldi in Almese, at the beginning of the Susa Valley.
