This digital edition of Terra Madre is a great opportunity to strengthen the capacities of our network in these incredibly challenging times.
Over the last few months we have received multiple calls to improve our skills as a grassroots civil society organization, to distinguish ourselves better in an increasingly competitive environment.
In December we are planning three separate training sessions dedicated to our leaders and communities who wish to learn more about impact evaluation, digital communication, and fundraising, and improve their skill sets.
Every Wednesday, from 5:00 to 6:00 Central European Time, you’ll have the chance to improve your skills by listening and interacting with selected trainers with years of practical experience in their fields.
Valentine Chevrier – communication coordinator of Slow Food en France and SFYN France, presents the fundamentals of a digital strategy: increasingly important since the start of the pandemic. Online identities for Slow Food Communities and their surrounding sustainable food businesses’ (producers and restaurants) are more important than ever. You will also hear from Jacopo Miceli, expert in media and story-telling, who will explain key aspects of presenting your profile successfully.
You will come away with:
- A better understanding of the meaning and importance of digital presence
- Beginner’s tools to build a digital identity
- Understanding of the key steps for better online visibility
- Tips on how to increase your online audience
