Public presentation of the Slow Food Community for the promotion of typical bakery products.
On the occasion of the opening of Terra Madre 2020, the birth of this Community will be celebrated in Ragusa. It wants to promote and spread the knowledge of some characteristic products such as the “sfuogghiu” of sausage and ricotta, the typical “scacce” of Sicilian durum wheat stuffed with vegetables and “l’impanata”, a focaccia with lamb filling. The community proposes to do activities in local restaurants and schools to keep the tradition active.
