The first round of the Permanent Highlands Forum will include meetings with some of the leading figures in mountain agriculture, producers of Slow Food Presidia. The aim is to create a forum for the players in the Terre Alte region, a breeding ground for encounters and comparisons, an exchange of ideas and a trigger for synergies.
