Slow Food & Honey Production

The purpose of the event is to instill the principles and practices of Slow Beekeeping into the participants.

It will be a springboard for changing local people’s point of view from conventional to Slow Beekeeping, thus enhancing the production of good, clean and fair honey among the participants. Beekeepers will deliver talks on honey harvesting and processing and show people the honey they produce. Participants will also have the opportunity to taste the honey and learn the difference between a good, clean, fair and natural honey and adulterated/denatured ones.

The event is open to the public. Event organized by Abotokio Slow Food Beekeeping Community.
