The territory of the Lepini Mountains, together with 5 other Italian territories, is the area where to experiment and create a tourist destination under the aegis and principles of Slow Food. Dozens of producers, restaurateurs, receptive etc. already involved, but participation is open to all those who wish to be a hospitable community. A project that aims to develop tourist routes and services based on sustainability, gastronomic, agri-food and local cultural biodiversity thanks to the intense participation of visitors (visits to the farm, tastings, events, etc.).
