Adobong Manok with Seriales & Cebu Cinnamon is a local chicken dish made with the local Seriales cherries, used for their color and sweetness, and the Ark of Taste Cebu Cinnamon. The aim of this cooking demo is to highlight the use of the Ark of Taste Cebu Cinnamon in a popular local dish, to make people aware of its existance and, as a consequence, increase the demand for this product.
