Coffee isn’t just for drinking, but also for eating!
A workshop conducted by Lavazza food specialists where coffee is the central ingredient, and in many different forms besides its traditional use, adapting to a wide range of roles and methods of consumption. Techniques and tricks for pairing aromas and ingredients to prepare simple and creative recipes with imagination.
The workshop includes a guided tasting by the Lavazza team and entrance to Museo Lavazza: the museum may be visited an hour before the beginning of the workshop at Nuvola Lavazza, Via Bologna 32, Turin.
