Discover and taste the bee diversity of Western Australia.
Slow Food pairs up with the Cooperative Research Centre for Honey Bee Products (CRC HBP), the Noongar Land Enterprise Group (NLE) and the Bee Industry Council of WA (BICWA) to organise a celebration of Western Australia’s incredible bee biodiversity, highly valued honey varieties and a reflection on the crucial role of Western Australia’s forests as important contributors to food security and to the bee industry.
The discussion will be followed by tastings of local honeys provided by local producers and a 7 course finger food dinner provided by the restaurant “Il Paiolo”.
