With this philosophy, since four generation, at Acetaia del Cristo we are growing the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, according to the ancient family tradition handed down by our ancestors. More than 2000 precious wood barrels, Bio vineyard, devotion and attention to every step of the production, from the harvesting to the cooking without forget the delicate topping up operations.
The oldest and most precious barrels date back to 1848, a family treasure. In our small museum we keep the very first Giugiaro’s Design Cruet for Traditional, the 00001 seal, a sign of our important presence since the dawn of certified production.
Acetaia del Cristo offers the possibility of doing Guided Tours by reservation through a complete sensorial itinerary of the farm during which you will discover the history, the production secrets and above all, the passion that helped creating a culinary heritage appreciated all over the world.
