We are a family run, closed loop Balsamic Vinegar Farm since 1871, this means that all production steps takes place within one facility: starting from the growing of the grapes, going through their picking up, squeezing, cooking and ageing in wooden barrels, until the bottling and packaging of the final product.

We produce vinegards from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. Our products are 100% natural, free of any kind of chemical agent like caramel, colorants or preservatives.

Located in Magreta, in the Countryside of Modena, it has been producing for more than four generations exclusive Balsamic Vinegar obtained according to the tradition.

 

Since 1871

Their unique taste and colour are obtained just thanks to the long ageing in wooden barrels, and thanks to the passion of the family, that is handing down this exclusive tradition  up to the 4th generation.

Our offer is wide and include young Balsamico for daily use, up to the most refined ones, perfect to dress important dishes or to serve as natural digestive at the end of meals.

 

We are IFS, BRC and ORGANIC certified.
