I started my adventure during the 80s, in the world of spirits and liqueur, with the clear goal of always coming up with high quality products and at the same time keeping solidly the roots into the traditions of my homeland, Friuli Venezia Giulia. Given my passion for chocolate, I started to produce the first Grappa Pralines. Then I decided to transform this passion for chocolate into a profession that I deeply love and that allows me to continue the ancient artisan and culinary tradition of San Daniele del Friuli.
The desire to research and experiment new flavors, using the best raw materials and maintaining strong ties with tradition, is the challenge that accompanies me every day and that has given rise to a complete line of Pralines, Mendiants, Truffles, Orangettes, Chocolate Bars with Flowers or Fruit, soft and voluptuous spreadable creams.
The pride and joy are the SPIRITose, Pralines where you can appreciate all the intensity of the typical distillates.
Pascot is the name of Pralines of fine craftsmanship that enhance the uniqueness of a precious and exclusive raw material: the great Chocolates of Origin, cru and grancru, with an aromatic profile of great intensity and power of taste.
The last born are the Gubanine di cioccolato that take inspiration from a typical Friulian sweet, the Gubana, prepared for special occasions and whose first testimonies date back to 1409. Walnuts, raisins, pine nuts, sugar and grappa are some of the ingredients of the filling of this sweet … and are the same that you can find in the Gubanine al cioccolato.
My production is aimed not only at the consumer but also at specialized stores such as pastry stores, wine stores and delicatessens and I am always ready to take on new challenges and proposals, also creating personalized products.
