Antonia’s mustard is a small artisanal mustard factory run mainly by Harold Knobben, with the support of Knobben sr. and Margreet Knobben. It was created at the beginning of 2009.
Antonia was the name of Harold’s mother, she did the mustard making on a small scale. After her death Harold continued it and made it his profession.
The mustard is sold at local markets, fairs and other special events. There is also an outlet to regional shops, cheese shops, delicatessens, both at home and abroad.
