In recent years, the company has been producing chocolate by purchasing cocoa beans directly in the countries of origin. Bean to bar: so it’s called the production of chocolate that starts from the roasting of cocoa beans; it’is the story of a journey from the plant to the bar… a chocolate love story! This chocolate tells a story that starts from the farmers who produce cocoa beans and come to Bodrato’s craftsmen.
