We farm organically and biodinamically ten hectares of vineyards in a one of the cooler spots of Uco Valley Mendoza, Argentina. We make wines from Malbec and Pinot Noir. Malbec that taste more the cool climate and calcareous soils than the grape variety. Pinot Noir wines are rather slim and definitely texture-driven.
