Fratelli Corrà has an extraordinary history, capable of combining tradition and innovation for five generations. It was born in Smarano in Val di Non in 1850 and is the oldest salami factory still in business in the province of Trento and one of the oldest in Italy.
Today the salumificio produces typical and award winning Trentino salami: speck, Trentino luganega, smoked mortandela from Val di Non, venison/ chamois/roe deer salami, bresaola, Trentino carne salada. And these are just some of the more than 40 cold cuts available.
The Valdivù Natural Wurstel also have the distinction of being the only ones on the market without any preservatives or additives.
It combines the on-site sales activity with wholesale distribution and also a very active e-commerce channel.
