Not only taste, but also design. Chicchisani is care and research in all phases of product development, from the selection of the ingredients to the presentation. The modular technical take-away packs, designed to give importance to both the single product and the whole, are available in versions of 4, 9, 16, 25 and 42 pieces.
Passion for authenticity, territory and products quality guide the "Masters of Taste of Torino and its area". A wide family of producers, farmers, traders and artisans carefully selected by Slow Food and the Torino Chamber of Commerce with its Chemical Laboratory.
We use only naturally gluten-free raw materials in our products.
Classic rice flour, brown rice flour, corn flour, buckwheat flour, millet flour, sorghum flour, guar gum, psyllum seed flour, carob seed flour, rice starch, corn starch, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, eggs, butter, milk, brown sugar, inulin (chicory fiber).
This makes our products healthy and suitable for all.
