Grana d’Oro Red Caw farm is located at the very heart of Val d’Enza and it is run by Catellani family, pioneer and promoter of Red Cows Reggiana Breed (Vacche Rosse)

The Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse has different organoleptic properties, resulting both from the genetic heritage of Reggiana Breed and from the grass of the secular meadows next the farm where the cows are grown. The high quality of the milk makes the Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse suitable for a long maturation period: a cheese with an ancient, marked flavor.
