Tasta, which in Piedmontese means “taste”, was born in 2017 to ensure a new tasteful experience to the customers of Macelleria Chierese, our family butcher’s shop.
During the day, Tasta is a shop where we offer the best calves fed in Piedmont, while in the evening it turns into a restaurant where you can taste our specialty foods.
In our cuisine we experiment new ideas, tastes and recipes according to our traditions. We keep it simple, relying strongly on the quality of our ingredients. We prepare our cuts of meat at least eight hours before cooking. At Tasta, you will also taste gourmet burgers, seasonal vegetables and our cured meats flavored with gin Bugin.
Bugin is our gin botanically studied to be tasted with meat. Thanks to Bugin our cured meats are enriched with the aromatic touch of Piedmontese herbs. Bugin cocktails complement the aromas and scents of gin to the flavors of the meat.
We are based in San Mauro Torinese, just outside Turin. We also deliver home through our e-commerce.
We are open every day except Mondays.
