And it is here, in this land and among these people, that our experience came to life: PR.ALI.NA. – acronym for Natural Food Production. We decided to transform the herbs and vegetables of our land into exquisite natural products according to the unwritten rules of a recognized culinary tradition.
PR.ALI.NA. today exports to 24 countries in the world and produces ready-made sauces, sauces and spreadable creams, respecting the biodiversity of the territory, its peculiarities and traditions.
We have activated an integrated and traced supply chain, thanks to blockchain technology, which unites together farmers and our processing company, with the aim of producing natural products of the highest quality. Our supply chain traces and promotes agro-biodiversity and the culinary excellence typical of the territory, with respect for all the economic actors involved.
Always attentive to the environmental sustainability of its products, thanks to the project Le Biodiverse zuppe e vellutate, PR.ALI.NA aims to enhance and promote the agro-biodiversity of the territory, dedicating to some of the native varieties of cereals and legumes that characterize it an ad hoc line.
PR.ALI.NA has recently launched a new line of baby food Il Piccolo Bio: condiments and purees based on legumes and herbs of the Mediterranean for children from 12 months of age. An organic line, sustainable and source of vegetable proteins, to whet the palate of young gourmets!
