The spark broke out in the early 2000s with a DIY beer kit bought in a DIY shop, which enchanted us in front of the bubbling bubbler, wondering what strange alchemy was going on in that plastic container.
Everything remained an hobby until the end of 2018 when we made our first batch in the 5 hl plant, crowning the dream of starting a family-run craft brewery in Morrovalle, a small village near to Macerata.
The desire to communicate emotions in our personal interpretations of certain styles of beer, the devotion and attention in the selection and preparation of top quality raw materials, the control of the production process which must strictly take place without haste, with the times that nature imposes, have become our synonym of craft beer.
In all the recipes we have created, we are inspired by tradition and currently we produce eight types of beers with a preference for the British world without neglecting classic Belgian, American and German styles: all unfiltered, unpasteurized and bottle conditioned.
This year we have achieved the important objective of being included in the “Guida alle Birre d’Italia 2021” – Slow Food Editore, also obtaining the recognition of “Unmissable Beer” for our English Pale Ale – Ptah.
