We have exported the model of the sciamadda – the ancient Genoese oven and fry – from the historical city centre to the more contemporary areas, never forgotting our roots. We are Masters of baked Focaccia since 1964, yet we don’t only bake focaccia bread, but we propose family recipes handed down from father to son.
We are open for breakfast, lunch, aperitif and dinner to please our customers with the most authentic proposals of local gastronomic tradition at any time of the day.
